Qualification:
1. Maximum age 35 years
2. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information System or related discipline, or equivalent work experience is required
3. Minimum 1 year experience in IT support role
4. Proficient in English both speaking and writing
The core objectives:
- Responsible of managing and operating on-premise IT infrastructure & network
- Perform desktop PC and laptop (H/W and S/W) troubleshooting and installation
- Perform day to day IT support for internal office management
- Responsible of managing, maintaining, and ensuring office IT security and policy
- Perform troubleshooting for on-premise infrastructure such as firewall, proxy, network, server, etc
- Support IT security audit
- Support IT asset inventorization and provisioning
- Perform and evaluate IT infrastructure security
